
The Base Synergy ASP Server includes the following features:
Multiple companies - multiple companies (called "cores") may be configured
Multiple logins - multiple logins may be configured, and may be granted access to one or multiple cores. A single company (or core) may have multiple logins with shared access
Security Roles - Logins are assigned security roles by company. Availability of components, pages, tabs, menu items, action buttons, and even sections of pages may be restricted by security role
Portal Pages - Portal pages may be created that summarize relevant data by company and login.
The base features support many common functions of any ASP business. In summary - Synergy ASP Server supports the organization, security, and distribution models required by any Application Service Provider.
The actual Application Service to be provided must be developed separately, or based on one or more of the existing optional components.
Optional Components
The following components are already developed for Synergy ASP Server and may be used as a basis for custom application services:
Web Content Management System (CMS) - allows a relatively non-technical user to maintain and publish web content
Customer Resource Management (CRM) - tracks indicative customer data, as well as group membership, notes, attachments.
Opportunity Tracking - maintains information about leads or jobs, including dependencies, related contacts, valuation, notes, attachments, etc
Event and Resource Management - manage events, including attendees and required resources
Advanced Storefront - manage products, inventory and orders
All of the above-listed components are basic and customizable. Our goal is to make our system conform to your business, not make your business conform to our system!
